Reporting Problems


Please provide the following information with any related problem:

 

1.The version number of CAMAvision (located on the Main Screen).
2.The version of MS Windows that you're using.
3.Screen resolution/color depth your monitor is set to.
4.Driver manufacturer and version numbers for printer problems.
5.Display driver and screen resolution for GPF's, along with any error messages.
6.How to reproduce the problem.

 

Please do not send large attachments unless asked to do so.  A screen dump can create a 2MB bitmap file, whereas the important information may be represented in only 100 characters.
