Table Changes in CAMA 25.0

This is the initial release of the 2020 Pricing manual, so there are a ton of table changes to go along with updated prices. Following are some of the major changes:

• Condition ... tables which house a condition now have two additional options: Good and Fair. They arrangement is as follows: Excellent, Very Good, Good, Above Normal, Normal, Below Normal, Fair, Poor, and Very Poor
